own Criminal Background checks. Contact DBHDD if you have questions
regarding backgrounds that were completed after July 1, 2009. For information on DBHDD’s Criminal
Records process, please click on the DBHDD website and under the Tab “Provider
Information” there will be another link marked “Background Policy and Cogent
Information”. This should provide you with the information you need to
