Special Instructions for Applicants	Exit near Morrow, GA onto US 19 and GA 41 Continue on 19 through Griffin, GA and Zebulon, GA and into Thomaston Hwy 19 changes to North Church Street. You will pass McDonald’s on right. Home Depot on right, Wal Mart on right and continue on North Church Street into downtown Thomaston. Using the traffic light at the Wal Mart as number 1 (#1) go to the fifth (#5) traffic light (courthouse on left and turn left onto Gordon Street. Continue three (3) blocks and turn left onto Bethel Street. Continue one (1) block to a five way stop, turn right on Hwy 74 (East Main Street)..
